Delete your Jump2bot account
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Jump2bot is an app by DISSAU. Here is how to ask us to delete your account and its data, even if you no longer have the app installed.
How to ask
- Write to [email protected] from your account’s email, with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Include your username and your organization’s name.
- We will confirm by email that the request is yours and delete the account within 30 days of that confirmation.
If you belong to an organization, your admin can also deactivate your account right away from the panel or the app: you can no longer sign in from that moment. The permanent deletion is done by DISSAU. If you are your organization’s only active admin, another admin has to be named first.
What is deleted
- Your username, first and last name, email and language.
- Your password, two-step verification and recovery codes.
- Your open sessions and any pending password links.
- The numbers assigned to you (the numbers still belong to the organization) and any linking codes you created.
What is kept and for how long
- SMS messages are not your account’s but belong to the organization’s numbers: the rest of the organization still sees them, and they are deleted automatically 90 days after reaching the server.
- Sign-in attempts with your username or email are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- The organization’s change log keeps an internal identifier of your account, without your name or email, so the organization can review what happened.
